Fees & practicalities
Below is an outline of my fees for 2026. Please note that for sessions booked at Demajo Medical, a clinic fee of €12.00 applies on top of my fee.
Individual session
€50 / 50 min
Individual therapy session — in person at Demajo Medical, Mellieħa, or online via Google Meet. Available weekly or fortnightly depending on what we agree.
Organisations
POA
Corporate wellness, group programmes, and organisational work. Fees are agreed on a project basis. See the For organisations page for more detail.
Fees are reviewed periodically. If cost is a genuine barrier, get in touch — I hold a small number of places at a reduced rate for clients who need it.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Please allow a little time before and after — arriving already in a rush doesn't help either of us.
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. I know life happens — if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, get in touch and we'll work it out.
Via a payment link, directly from the appointment card, or by bank transfer. Sessions are covered by some medical insurance providers.
In person at Demajo Medical, Mellieħa, Malta — a private, comfortable space. Online sessions take place via Google Meet. You'll receive a link before each session.
Everything you share is confidential. Confidentiality can be broken if I suspect you are in danger of harming yourself, harming others, or by order of courts of law. I'll explain this fully in writing before we start.
As an ethical requirement of my profession, I work under regular clinical supervision. Your material may be discussed — always anonymised — as part of my own professional development.
I hold a small number of places at a reduced rate for people for whom cost is a genuine barrier. If that's you, please mention it when you get in touch — I won't make it complicated.
Yes — sessions are covered by some medical insurance providers. It's worth checking with your provider. I can provide receipts you can submit to them.
Yes. You're not committed to a certain number of sessions. That said, I'd encourage you to talk with me before ending rather than just stopping — an honest ending is part of the work, and often surprisingly useful.
It happens. Not every client and therapist are right for each other — it doesn't mean therapy won't work for you. If it's not the right fit, I'll say so, and I'll do my best to suggest someone more suitable.
