For organisations
Fruit bowls and step challenges aren't mental health support. I work with organisations that want to do something real — programmes built around what your people actually need, not what ticks a box.
Who I work with
I work with companies, teams, and institutions across Malta and remotely — from small businesses to larger organisations navigating a transition. What they have in common is a genuine commitment to their people, not just a wellbeing line item on a budget.
I have a background in brand and marketing — I've worked with global organisations including Tom Ford, MAC, P&G, and Coca-Cola. I understand what corporate environments actually feel like from the inside. That shapes how I work with them.
Confidential one to one psychotherapy sessions for your team, arranged through the organisation. Employees access support directly — no HR involvement in individual sessions. Billing handled discreetly at an agreed rate.
Facilitated sessions on mental health, resilience, burnout prevention, and psychological safety — designed for real teams, not corporate audiences. Not death by PowerPoint. Honest conversations that land.
Individual or small group work with leaders and managers who carry a lot — and often have nobody to carry it to. The pressures that come with seniority are real and underserved. This is a space for that.
Working with HR and People teams to build or improve mental health offerings. Honest assessment of what you have, what's missing, and what actually makes a difference — without the buzzwords.
Support for organisations wanting to move beyond policy into genuine inclusion — training, facilitation, and individual support for LGBTQI+ employees. Done with care, not tokenism.
If what you need doesn't fit neatly into any of the above, get in touch. I've built programmes from scratch for organisations with specific needs. Let's talk about yours.
"The organisations that get mental health right don't treat it as a perk. They treat it as a condition of doing good work."Michael Said
Why this matters to me
I spent years inside large organisations — managing global brands, meeting quarterly targets, navigating the internal politics that nobody puts in the job description. I watched what burnout looked like, in myself and in the people around me. I also watched organisations respond to it with fruit and gym memberships and wondered if they really believed that was enough.
I came to psychotherapy partly because of that experience. And when I work with organisations now, I bring both things: the therapeutic training, and the understanding of what it's actually like to be inside a company when things are hard.
If you want something that actually works — something your people will use and find genuinely helpful — I'd be glad to talk about what that might look like for your organisation specifically.
