What this actually is

Not a support group.
A therapy group.

This is not a support group. It is a therapy group — which means what happens between the people in the room is the work itself. ADHD group therapy run by someone living with ADHD.

ADHD rarely travels alone. It brings with it a particular kind of shame from years of being told you are lazy, disorganised, too much, or not enough. It brings patterns in relationships, in work, in how you talk to yourself. This group is a space to look at those patterns honestly, with people who recognise them from the inside.

Groups run every quarter. Each cohort meets weekly for 6 months, then has the option to continue.

Why it works

01

You are not alone in this

Meeting people who share your experience — not just similar symptoms but similar histories — can change something. The isolation that often comes with ADHD is real, and this is one place it lifts.

02

Patterns become visible

The way you relate to others in the group mirrors the way you relate to people in your life. That is not a problem — it is the point. You can see it, name it, and start to shift it. A big part of therapy for people with ADHD is working on attention related patterns of behaviour.

03

Professional facilitation

The group is facilitated by a warranted psychotherapist. This is not a peer support circle — it is structured therapeutic work. I also have experience of being part of group therapy as a client.

04

A commitment that holds you

One of the hardest things about ADHD is follow through. Showing up weekly to the same group of people creates an external structure that supports the internal work.
